Here are just a few of the properties available, all of which have been thoroughly inspected by us. Most houses are typical beach homes...not unlike those used by Canadians and Americans for summer vacations, and accordingly, vary in quality and style. Expect to experience the diversity of style and culture which makes the Yucatan so different and so charming. All of these houses are beach front, none are air conditioned, however, most have ceiling fans in each room.

The Housekeeping services are about US $5.00 per day and sometimes includes cooking too.

	Private Homes I -  3+  bedrooms. US $960/month.
	Private Homes II - 1+ bedrooms. Check inside.
	Luxury Accommodations - 2 to 5 bedrooms. US $1560/month.

BRISA    General Terms and Conditions

1. All prices are quoted in US dollars and must be settled in US funds.
2. Minimum stay is one month.
3. Rentals are on a monthly basis starting with the 1st of the month and finishing on the last day of the month, as our owners request to be paid by the calendar month. This may not match your arrival and departure dates, but you are obliged to pay the full month’s rent.
4. All clients will be charged a refundable security damage deposit of US $125 at the time of booking. If your house or condo is left in good condition you will receive a check from BRISA Real Estate approximately one week after your return.
